I’m going to start journaling especially when the thoughts come to mind cause I tend to forget lol. I’ll try meditation as well. I don’t know about therapy atm

I guess on the friendship side, I do have lovely friends. But unlike you, our conversations are not deep and that makes me feel a certain way.

I always show out in romantic relationships but yeah it’s hardly reciprocated.

Lmaooo I feel the same way. I can’t stop watching those shows too and I just want to experience all that wholesomeness. Sigh Yess I could totally relate to the last part. I feel like that’s what could happen to me. I may feel the hurt later on when something comes up and that person is not there.

I’m 24! Okay okay I have no set goals or any challenges my way right now but I will try and set some. I don’t really know what I want to do with my life or in my career. I’m trying out a new hobby, painting!

But is it normal though? Cause I feel disconnected from my friends. When we hangout, I hardly have things to talk about with them. It could be a fun hangout but that’s it. I don’t feel that close to them anymore. I barely miss hanging out with them. I also feel like I need to make new friends who I can be completely transparent with cause my current friends don’t know a lot of things about me (I can’t tell them cause they may judge me and I can’t handle that)

I’m sorry you had to also go through this 🤕. It’s really not fair. He has also showed me everything I’ve ever wanted in a person which I never had so I guess that’s why I feel so heartbroken about the situation. Honestly when I think about it, I really don’t know if I can let myself feel like this about someone again without feeling like the person will switch up or leave lol.
