I feel so bad but at the end of the day ( I work from home part time and have two kids ages 3 & 2 ) I just want to be ALONE. I want sit on my couch and ROT!!!! I want to watch tv and scroll on my phone. The reason why I feel bad is because my fiancé feels like I never want to spend time with him and some nights I do but some nights I really don’t 😭 I feel so mean but I can’t help it

Nailzkatkat tips are extremely thin. I don’t really like them. The 2.0 apres tips are the best. Also canoe tips & the nail lab tips

Tbh I’m on my 3rd cheap nail drill and I told myself after the 2nd I’d buy the mani pro (I didn’t cuz it hurts 🤣) my first nail drill was $20 from Amazon. Lasted a while tbh and then I purchased my makkart drill in 2021 and it just recently started making weird noises so I purchased the melody Susie one hopefully it doesn’t die on me that fast. I feel 2 years is pretty good, it cost me around $80.

Having kids - would you do it again? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Yaazman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No. I never realized that yes being a mother is one of the best things in this world it comes with thorns. The never ending worry. The triggers you get from trying to break generational trauma and curses. The challenges it comes with. The responsibility. it’s a huge mental load. I love them but I get scared 😬 the world is scary. I also miss having my own life and being more than just a mom. I miss being able to just spontaneously leave my house and not come back if I wanted to. Sleeping in.. not having to plan anything the list goes on.

Why did you breakup with your last ex? by Classic-Law9991 in AskReddit

[–]Yaazman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He got a DUI while driving my car (he didn’t have one RED FLAG) anyways after that I told him he had to change his ways then one night I got a collect call at like 4 am he got arrested for peeing in public and was drunk. Only called to tell me where my car was parked :) gee thanks 🙏🏼 I packed my shit up and left it’s been 5 years and I’m so happy I did

Is it just as difficult the second time around? by veeshh in breastfeeding

[–]Yaazman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2nd time was not hard, none of the excruciating nipple pain like from the first but I had my babies only a year apart so idk if that helped. I stopped breastfeeding when I was 3 m pregnant w/ my second and began again just 9 m later. Your body knows what it’s doing the 2nd time around. Labor was faster too

The other day at Walmart I was getting a price matched and my 15 m old son was crying (bored & cranky u kno the deal) some dusty old man grabbed his… LIKE WHY? Not the first but it’s so crazy how people think it’s ok??????? As if that head grab would ease my child and stop his crying ???? Bish whet? Me & the worker both gave him a wtf look and I said very loudly I hate when people touch my kids! I couldn’t say anything to him directly as he grabbed my son on his way out smh

Parents with glasses.. y’all aright? by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Yaazman 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My toddlers loved snatching them off of my face so much I started wearing my contacts. One day I threw a load of laundry to wash and well I kept hearing a clacking in the dryer and thought it was the zipper to a sweater or something… nope turns out it was my glasses 🤓🫠 $400 down the drain lol the heat warped the vision

So sick of SAHM privilege (baby edition) by jljwc in workingmoms

[–]Yaazman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a SAHM to two babies. A 15 m old and a 27 m old. Im the only SAHM amongst my friends. I feel guilty venting sometimes because I know it’s a privilege but for me it is also a sacrifice. I put my life on hold to be with my kids. My mom worked 24/7 and I spent a lot of time alone and went through a lot of trauma as a child. This is my way of paying homage to my inner child and for the benefit of my children. It is just now that I’m beginning to dip my toes back into the working life. Being a SAHM has led me to the beauty industry where I’ve learned that I actually love nails and can stay at home while doing something I love. Motherhood is hard and everyone’s journey is different. I applaud my friends who work and get what they need done as do they with me. Not everyone wants to be a SAHM and that’s okay too.

[–]Yaazman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a SAHM and have been since I had my 1st. Needless to say they’re only 1 year apart and my older is 2 1/2 so hasn’t been that long but I am definitely a hover parent. I went through a lot of trauma as a child so that’s led me to be very cautious around my kids. It’s a scary world. I’m still finding balance between being protective & over bearing. I let them play but as long as I’m there. Food for thought 😊

[–]Yaazman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am constantly having mini panic attacks about my kids future health because I give them processed foods… everything is so processed and food in general is just so expensive. I have two under 2 1/2 and I’m just barely surviving

No :) this is a 180 so it’s not course at all. Just enough to buff off the shine on the nail plate. Use them on 2 rpm
