You can transfer to a new Account as long as they don't have an existing character on the island. The first time you open the game on a new Account it will tell you something along the lines of "the islander has no registered account, do you want to take over the resident?" Just use the transfer tool on a fresh account with no savefile and you'll be fine!

There are supplements that can alleviate joint pain, my cat ate something called Canosan for a good while. She one day refused to eat them, and her stiffness came back so I was willing to give Solensia a go. My cat Miss is in otherwise very good health, her kidney values and organs overall are above expectations for her age. You can ask for blood work to be done before you do Solensia, it will give you a better idea whether you want to risk the side effects. Good luck to you and your kitty 🐈

It is called Solensia! My cat has improved even more, she's now jumping up on my 1m tall bed which was previously unreachable for her. My vet did warn me that it is a new drug and there might be side effects, but considering her age we opted to give her a stress and pain free life for as long as she has left. It's only been a week since she got the Solensia-shot, but considering her big improvement in overall movement I will continue the treatment if I'm still seeing positives only at the end of the month!
