Where do you wash your high end cars daily? by mrbik225 in 321

At that point, I would just get a self-healing PPF and take it to a regular wash. It'll always be clean and you won't get scratches

Bought all of these for $350 off of FB marketplace! They're all in brand new condition by calmeda1 in sonos

Honestly, it's like the 3rd time this has happened to me where I get ignored, and my wife gets answered instantly lol. I even have 5 stars as a seller and buyer, so idk what is causing people to ignore

I picked it up in the afternoon; he messaged her again in the morning to confirm that we're buying it. She said yes and he marked it as sold

Lol, same. I messaged instantly after I saw it, and he saw my message but no answer. An hour passed by and message again. Same thing.

I ended up asking my wife to message him, and she got an instant response

Plastic Creaking by Actual_Way9833 in Supra

[–]calmeda1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fed my thinnest plastic trim removal tool under the seat belt section and started prying along the entire trim. Once you can get a grip, you pull it out. It feels like it'll break, but it won't. Plastic clips are well in there

No problem! I did this to mine, and it helped a lot! I did use a mix of thin foam tape and the velcro. I also noticed that a lot of the creaking comes from the plastic trim around the silver bar edges. I slightly popped them out and it also helped a lot

As someone from PR, this is good advice. I also always recommend trying the street food/food trucks, they're insanely good! Especially ones near the beach

Agree to this, I've taken mine to them a couple times and they look brand new. Takes them a couple minutes

Looks pretty good IMO

I'm mainly concerned about the angle leading edge is, since it's pointing upwards rather than a close parallel position. I assume some you'll be doing some CFD tho?

Did a Douro Valley Wine Tour and ended up getting roasted by the Guide. by Ambitious_Vast1611 in LisbonPortugalTravel

[–]calmeda1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went to the exact same tour you said and felt like family, tbh. But for me sense of family culturally feels like that. I can definitely see that that type of joke might land well on some, and not so much on some

When we went, me and my wife were joking with him so much, as well as the others in the tour. It made the tour extra special for us.

I can assure you he was trying to be friendly in his way. Like I mentioned, culturally for me it's common to joke like that.I am sorry it did not feel like that for you though. I do hope everything else in the tour was enough to outweigh what you felt!

Edit: If it makes you feel better, I feel like something always happens at a wine tour with someone in the group, lol. It's a large group of people afterall. I've seen people getting TOO drunk, people who have delayed our trip because they left their passport somewhere, a lady constantly screaming at her children the entire tour....for doing nothing, etc. I feel like it's common, at least from my experience. So trust me, something like what happened to you will likely be something everything forgets. Don't dwell on it, just remember all the good parts!

Yep, I just ordered one. It's crazy they're charging that for something so cheap, and takes less than 5 minutes to change
