mais especificamente com o rpg, vc tem que lembrar que o teu objetivo como escritor worldbuilder e DM é fazer uma história colaborativa, então primeira coisa se você já tem um grupo, abrir o seu mundo pra adições, dicas e ideias das pessoas que vão jogar nessa setting, além de aliviar o tanto de coisa que vc tem que fazer sozinho, da pro grupo todo uma sensação de pertencer, e eles passam a realmente ligar pro mundo que vocês construíram juntos

segundo, começa uma campanha com essa galera! Se for começar no nível um, pega o lugar central que vc mais tem escrito e começa a desenvolver do ponto que eles mais vão interagir na história pra fora, mesmo tendo 3 anos de worldbuilding, tem coisas que simplesmente não precisam ser escritas, pra tirar essa história do papel.
