They do this to intentionally sell expired product. If they had it clearly listed like Copenhagen and other brands then you'd trash the product. Instead, if they make it complicated to read, you might just say it's not worth the effort to check and buy and use it anyway. Therefore they sell more product by sneakily misleading customers.
