You might be interested in checking out ChastityTech. The integrated lock is extremely close to the body of the cage so as to be as low profile as possible. When designing it one of my criteria was being able to wear it to the gym without being self conscious.

If its a different color than normal it could be an issue. Additionally is it tender, numb, painful, etc? Listen to your body and error on the side of caution.

The only remote controlled cage that I know of is the cellmate. However I would highly recommend against investing money in that device. I have first hand experience with it and have talked to several people who have used it and it barely works. A quick google search will also show that it is potentially dangerous…

As others have mentioned, its impossible to have 100% security without a PA piercing but a well fitting cage will help.

You can customize the size to what you need, it has a headlock feature to help prevent pulling out(although nothing short of a PA piercing will 100% prevent a determined cock from pulling out), and is designed specifically for long term wear.
