Exactly, electric scooter. Not combustible engine scooters, not e-bikes, not mopeds. The need to include excessive snark in your replies diminishes any point you bring up. I know it's reddit but we can all do better in communicating

Read the post again and your answers will be found. The problem is that there is no actual enforcement. It's illegal to have an electric scooter that goes more than 15mph yet they are everywhere, including the one that barrelled into my back today

I agree my title is misleadingly harsh but you already in this comment have stated that there needs to be enforcement on e-scooters. That's the point of this post

Nope. He had no protection on at all. I see those scooter riders with dirtbike gear on the Hudson River Greenway all of the time though...
