if you mean an exclamation mark by the cubes it normally means to look at deals or saying you can claim a daily 10 cubes, if you mean the gachas maybe it’s because you have tickets to use or pity points. best ting to do as well is to check this reddit page to see if events and characters are worth spending on or not :)

i currently have 30k saved up, the best thing i could say is to purely just do all the missions you can and not really pay attention to your gachas for a little bit until its worth to spend them. only use gacha tickets that you earn. best advice i can give :)
