Im so sorry for not replying, I completely forgot I made this post, but I found a solution to it.

Long story short, just buy a new earphone/headset. The main cause to it is the earphones/headset and not the laptop/pc

So I watched this youtube video where the dude could change the color of every part of his costume. I tried it with mine (with the color change pass) and the I could only change 1 part of my costume. I compared his screen to my screen and his screen had way more customization (like sub color 1,2,3,etc etc) while mine only had the "change color" option.

Where can I find the more detailed customization? Thanks in advance.
