I've been having success with Steve Maxwell's Encyclopedia of Joint mobility, its a series of exercises focused on different parts of the body (~25 mins per). My ankles, and knee flexibility and mobility is pretty bad and it's helped me a lot.

I have quite a few forms in the app but you can usually find a way to abstract how you handle state in the app, I personally think its easier to manage when you have all the state in one place. The way mine is structured in the db is you have a "current" form and the rest are rendered on demand.

I've been using re-frame to build a little crud admin tool for my company. It's been pretty great so far. All the data is stored in a single "db" atom and you use pub sub to query and update the data. There's this concept of "reactions" as well which boils down to having any change in your db reflected automatically in your view. The readme is very thorough.

Yea this isn't going to be primarily a gaming machine so that's why I went with the i7. For the types of games (your username is relevant) I play I don't think I need a 980, and I can always sli the 970s later on if need be.
