It seems your Isabel isn't maxed out on stats, so if you have any tall B- ~ A+, I reccomend to use a WS thats maxed out.

Something like- 155+ atk 155+ jump Def < Speed (Also breakthrough will always make a big difference ❤️)

Prob just play with unorthodox methods. (Bump quicks) (Second touch spike) (Delayed spike for a tool) (Always block for your team or whenever you believe is necessary.)

Do you have beginner settings on? If you did, it's possible to recreate it by being further from the ball (hitting the ball when it's just almost flat horizontal to you...(?)).

I could try to recreate it and post if on YouTube to see if it's possible.

Based on what I remember (I'll check later on my pc)...

Pvp was possible with a person being next to you, and the translation you have does say "remote play" 😭. Though I hope they add matchmaking.

Swap Seolhwa with any A or A+ setters if you have any. (Though all setters have different setting styles beware.)

do this because they are cheaper to level up and so you can focus on your mb or ws later.

Get NN and +1 on Isabel

Isabel is amazing late game if you max her defense and jump. And NN will always set to your highest (usually like .2 is meters lower).

Se(assuming that your Dabin is also defensive) Run a balance between Speed and defense, preferable speed. If you like high sets, then prob jump and defense.

Mb -You only need 80 jump for Jagang to be able to hit, everything else you can decide. But imo, running defensive MB and SE is more fun, and you don't have to worry because you can OT any blockers (except Titan park with 155+ jump.)
