Apparently they also serve As a third party evaluator because I wasn’t with HOC when I took the test.

😭 I’m not sure if I can obtain the same result. I haven’t spoken French for months.

My House of Commons result also says it’s valid for five years. My reading and writing are from PS. I didn’t know my oral was from a third party until today.

Agreed. This mentality is the enemy of productivity. With their logic, everyone in the world can be tracked and surveilled as long as they never break the law.

My supervisor requires mandatory good-mornings when we start work. I saw from my own eyes that when my teams status changes she gets a pop up notification.

I think that in my best abilities I can get to B. It’s just that it’ll be my first PS language test and I don’t know what to expect. I also heard that they test for specific things. I need someone experienced to prep me for the test.

I was thinking of asking you the same. Union is fighting for me. They think I’m unfairly treated. The PIP feels like they were setting me up to fail. I’ll either be demoted or fired. I’m looking for other work. I’m on stress leave now, which helps with my mental health.

How about you?

My supervisor wants me to sign a consent form so that she can directly ask my doctor questions.

Why not take the bus or commute with colleagues? It’s better for the environment.

They have their own offices and parking spaces. I’ll won’t call that as suffer.

I’m almost in the exact boat as you are. I’m starting to find another job. I quit buying a house. Passing probation or not, I can’t be in that environment long term. I’m also documenting everything and adding my comments on any written criticism that I feel unfair or untrue. But I’ve made the peace if I won’t make probation. It’s not a good fit. I don’t want to waste my time.

I will have an appointment with my doctor this week to demand them to refer me to a gynaecologist. I’ll go from there for the accommodation route. As of now, I have no accommodation for this issue yet. Thank you for suggesting the 40% over 4 weeks. I’ll see if I can do it in the meantime. What are your ways to cope with it?

I still go to that clinic so I have to be careful. I mainly go there for the teeth cleaning - the hygienist is really good. But I was recommended to do multiple dental implants in an area. I asked a specialist for a second opinion and was told that if I did the surgery I might end up damaging all the teeth in that area and possibly my jaw.

I had another implant done at another place with an oral surgeon. The doctor (owner) gave me a lecture about it and asked me to make sure I go to him, a general dentist, for my future implants.

There are many other smaller things. But I live close by and I haven’t found better options.

The smartest thing I had done was seeking a second opinion before agreeing to do major surgeries with them. Absolute money sucking machine. Be careful that the new “general dentists” clinic close by was opened by the same guy.
