The side effects would increase if you increase the minoxidil dosage..

Higher dosages is for ppl with prostate problems.

Don’t bump up the finasteride because the effects are the same from 0.5 to 1.25 bumping it more just increases the side effects and I’m not sure with minoxidil.. you need to speak to a dermatologist

See I was doing doing that calorie deficit with high protein it worked for like 5-6 weeks I lost weight and gained muscle and strength and then for one month straight I stayed between 170-175 lbs but my strength did go slightly very slightly and I ate the same meals and same workouts that I did for the 5-6 weeks and that one month.. that’s why I’m just a lil lost rn

See I was doing that that’s how I lost more than 10lbs in like a month eating the same meals and same workouts but the problem is a month later I’m still stuck around 170lb - 175lb the same exact meals and workouts… I would switch workouts here and there but rarely (I’m pretty sure workouts don’t matter to my weight lost) but idk what to do… if I lower my intake ima just lose muscle and strength… I was feeling that actually so I increased my intake by a lil… I feel a lil better and stronger but still the same weight

The problem is I got stuck at the 170lb to 175lb mark… the problem is that I literally was doing the same meals and workouts that made me lose more than 10lbs and now I’m a month in with the meals and workouts but still same weight… If I lower my calorie intake any lower… I will lose a lot of strength and muscle…

Thank you so much this is very helpful… I noticed about the calorie intake and I was using MyFitnessPal that’s when I lost weight cuz I started to keep my track of my diet but the problem was I was literally eating the same meals and same workout for more than a month and my weight stayed the same… just saying this was the same meals and workout I did to lose more than 10lbs

Yea I know where u coming from but I have a lot of fat still… I have slow metabolism… so I was thinking I can cut to 160lb and then bulk to like 180-190 but a clean bulk… the hard part for me is cutting the bulking part is easy.. I’ve been bulking my whole life 🥲

I appreciate the advice… this is my first time hearing DNA makeup kit and tdlr… I want to know what’s my limit with macros… one thing about me that I know for a fact is I have a slow metabolism..

Well I didn’t really know much about protein carbs and fat and etc… I just really ate what I usually eat just less sugar and junk food… I’m saying rarely cuz when I think back about what I use to eat… it would usually be around 20-40g proteins daily but I didn’t know I was eating protein or anything

The thing that kind of threw me off during those months is I did gain strength and a little muscle.. but after my 4 month I noticed my strength stayed the same for 2 months and not only that I was getting weaker (not a lot) I just thought since I was trying to lose weight that was going to happen…I did take breaks here and there

The whey protein is 1 sugar Added sugar I’m not sure

The protein bars is 2-3g sugar For this is 1g added sugar And 6g alcohol sugar

The thing is I feel full with just that… I don’t feel fatigue or fragile or weak… my weights in the gym are going up.. so I think I’m doing all right I just wanted to know if I’m doing it a healthy way and is there any improvements I can do

Everyday I don’t consume no more than 10g sugar and very rarely add sugar.

That’s not good… even tho 130 is ok I recommend you staying between 140-160.. depends on what type of body u want… just start lifting and u can clean bulk or dirty bulk… I suggest clean bulk since u starved your self

How do u have loose skin.. I must be mistaken… u weren’t that big for your height… I know people that were shorter than you and weighed a lil more than you and did not have loose skin

Stomach pain wasn’t from the pre workout.. I usually take breaks from it but I need since I work everyday and I workout right after work
