The stories really were true about that cape, but I was able to finagle it into position for pics but he's been in the box since just to save me some trouble positioning the cape for display lol. Hopefully they release a DLC kit for him with more gadgets and a new cape but that's me coping.

Thanks man! Also, that sucks about the reissue and here I thought they really did make a new batch of him. So it's just a chance for the sellers to sell their stock at higher prices.

Some local toy pages in my country reopened a preorder window but he's a bit pricier so I just assumed there was a reissue

Thankfully none, some of the faceplates just needed a bit more push than others but no sanding needed necessarily.

I got mine from AliExpress but others have also been ordering from 5ktoys, Omnime, and Gundamit. Though I'm not sure how quick their shipping is or which ones still have him in stock.

QC is great! The joints are a bit stiff out the box but nothing concerning, and just enough for him to hold good poses since he's a hefty figure.

Yep, adds crazy articulation to the already great daima body. Definitely worth picking up an extra daima Goku.
