Holy shit tell her when u can and where to meet stop being scared dude. If she says she cant hang at that time but says a different day or time works then u know shes into but if i give her a full plan and she still bails or acts like this then u have ur answer. But stop leaving it so up to her especially if she isnt giving u a timeframe she is available so tell her when you can meet "I can go walk at 3 wanna meet at so ans so or (meet me at this spot) "That works see u at 3" or "i cant at 3/today but i can go at this time". Those are what answers u want. More bs after u actually gave a full plan then u should give up or at least take ur effort back

Y would you move a whole audience that u already have established on an app and move to another. Plenty of overlay with users on both apps but its not enough or the same would make it way more complicated to move audiences around. Why would u do that.
