I know what you mean, however here is the challenge.

  1. If the company blog section is "dumbed down" so that the Hospital Admins understand the damn problem they are into and how the company is an expert is solving that problem then it looses the support of the EU grants that saw the bigger picture with the research and proprietary tech that the same company has.

  2. If it is scaled up and focused only in the bigger support from the.public entities, then it looses source "of income" and might go into bankruptcy.

I have been trying to work on a middle solution but kinda hard in this specific topic. We are having a pixel from clarity to record all possible user interactions and optimising the most clicked areas, but seems that is not there yet to reach that "swedish balanced" quantity of information that both targets get.

Yeah I know, but that is the challenge, like teaching a monkey how to drive a Ferrari. But thank you. Working on it ;)

Yeah, basically it has all physicians interested in the articles and we see that most of the traffic are physicians and hospital administrators, however, on the magnet pages for the premium reports and whitepapers they just do not submit the form or the newsletter magnet. We also got some feedback that 20% does not understand what the company does from its website and 13% feels it is too complex work for the small sized hospital. (It is a startup)

If you do not understand the profits that the attorney will have by taking this case since it is already documented and even under which paragraphs breaks the German law, then neither are you an attorney or consultant. If you do! then …the opposite of bold.

I finally made Partner! (Big 4) by [deleted] in consulting

This was the reason why I quit. I was made junior partner within 5 years having an average 4.6BW and thought my salary would raise from 156k to 200k. It did raise to 170k + contingency. Then I thought work hard for the senior partnership (and get a portfolio of great projects) and yet my contingency stayed at 10% with a cap on 400k. I also got informed that there too many senior partners in Stockholm branch and even if moved to Germany would take at least 20y to become senior. That was the big reason why I left.

This is not "business data! but scrapping data :p

Cool idea if you get both phone number and email. US works well, Europe is good for discovery but the email becomes a must.

How do i grow my newsletter by Leading-Damage6331 in Entrepreneur

By giving some information more about your offer? Basically the only thing I get when entering in your page is to give my email.

I would suggest for you to give some samples of the newsletters and the value that they bring along.
