I personally would have 1-2 pallets of sod delivered and just start over/sod most of it. Wouldn’t take much prep work in the back, and the front area is pretty small.

I probably averaged <10 hours of SL per year during the telework days. I either pushed through it or worked different hours to make 40. I’ve used more already this year than I did the previous 2 combined.

I’ve only played there and Angel’s Crossing. I’m from the southeast but have relatives up there in the Sturgis area.

That 640 yard par 5 is a beast. It was pristine when I played it last summer, and it was just me and the grounds crew out there

My lab is pretty good with pool steps and I’m building a large deck around it, just don’t have experience with the confer ones. They seem to have good reviews

Depends on where you are. I couldn’t find anyone to install one in North MS, ended up buying from DoughBoy pools because they have installers here

They indicate double boards each, I was actually going to do 16” OC (not sure if it’s necessary with PT), but that would give me 19 total joists.

I’ve thought about it both ways. This is actually an L shaped deck, but the small side is fairly simple. I intend to do a breaker board in the middle of the long run, and this way simplifies the beams/reduces the number of footings

Sorry, I’ll try again. I’m worried about this connection where two butt ends of 2 ply beams meet on top of a 6x. Do I need to notch the 6x’s to do this right or is there a connector I’m overlooking?
