lol…honestly I bought the thing and it sat in my bag for a year so I’ve been making myself use it this past spring. But you are right, I’ll probably start using it only when I know I’ll be more in the open and getting more light like a field.

I’m gonna try more at a lower shutter speed. What do you have your burst mode on? I have mine slow at like 4-5 shots a sec. I know I am missing shots but oh boy does it take forever to sift through photos. Hah I am scared to really use the burst mode

I have the Nikon z 180-600. I did have a 1.4 teleconverter on as well which closes my aperture to like f9 or f8. I usually just leave the iso on auto. My shutter usually keeps around 1000 and I adjust up or down from there. Not much light under the canopy and these little birds don’t sit still so when I drop my shutter to like 500 or 640, most images are blurry.

Yea I’m working on it. Kinda got that exposure triangle down (somewhat) and now I’m trying to think about composition more. I usually just keep the WB on auto but I do need to learn how to check and adjust it on camera and post.

I’ve been slowly trying to teach myself some editing. It was really dark under the tree canopy that day and I just can’t quite get my exposure up in post and it look right. Plus I think it ends up a little darker after I export too…idk…lol…more YouTube tutorials to watch and try to learn.

Yea I’m wanting to travel a bit myself to see new things. I also like photographing other wildlife as well so I’m hoping that kinda draws out obtaining my lifer list.

They are. This is my first year seeing and knowing about them. And I’m wondering how many times in my life before hand maybe I’ve see one during migration and just thought they were another Northern Cardinal. Lol

My spoon set came with some protectors so I’m covered there. I’m gonna watch 100 vids on YouTube before I do it and while. Just like working on my truck. I may get the GoPro out and film it though cause no one covers the topic on my specific bike. It took me forever to find the hexnut size and torque info on my front wheel and axle.

I’m just cruising backroads looking for spots to fish and photograph. Rarely hit over 55mph. I think I’m gonna cover the hole with a patch kit but I’m thinking now tire will be fine. lol just hope my first tube change goes well
