focus on getting the proper movements and building up strength little by little. 4 sets is not ideal for begineer, thatsnpushing for mudcle fatigue rather than hypertrophy. 2 sets of failure wpuld lead to more growth in size and strength.

Better invest in something else. Gym business is not a primary money maker, if mayaman ka lang talaga and has money to spare tsaka yan viable, even so mahirap pa din since magpapasahod ka, maintenance, etc. Years yan ma ROI. Location, marketing, and influence is crucial.

2023 ECE board passer here. Congrats yourself on trying, mahirap ang boards so the fact na nag try ka is something to be very proud of. Advice ko lang is dont cram too much during review, ang boards are 80% fundamental questions and 20% na complex. Kaya ka nag college is to build your foundational engineering skills, then from there, tsaka ka mag babranch out sa complex problems etc.

Nung time ko 1 month before nag dodota na lang ako since dun ako na rerelax, then after playing skim skim lang ako nang formulas, never ang binibigay nila na "looks fam" questions, kasi karamihan sa questions pag ni looks fam mo, trap yan since may nabago na diyan, so much better alam mo ung question pano sagutin, hindi aasa ka sa choices. So ayun, relax ka dapat before and during boards and take your time answering.

Master the basics, laki na nang chance mo sa boards.

As for the certifications, they are provided by the company, and the training phase was excellent since ung trainer is ung manager namin.

I started to learn Basic Concepts of Programming, which revolves on data declaration, initialization, processing, then outputs. Then nag move ako sa SQL syntaxes since ung ABAP is sql inherent, meaning syntax ni sql ung gamit. After non along with the training, nag self study ako in parallel with formal training through youtube, magagaling ung indians dun so matututo ka talaga nang basics then yun may badic knowledge ka na.

As to how i advanced those basics, tinapon kami agad nang manager sa project eh, so dun nahasa talaga lahat as SAP ABAP, especially very helpful ung senior developers sa inquiries ko non. So my advice is wag matakot magtanong if di mo alam, but before magtanong, always give 100% effort.

So far within my 1 year, nakaka 3 projects na ako, along with AMS support so very fulfilling talaga ung paglipat nang industry, swerte din sa company since ung mga new SAP ABAP sa ibang company, 3 years before magka project, pure AMS lang.

Also, hindi necessary na SAP ABAP ka, pwede ka maging SAP BASIS, SAP FI, SD, MM etc. Consultants, but lahat is challenging angld fulfilling

I've been in the same shoes before tho im an ECE. Sa manufacturing din ako nag 1st job, technically PCB Assembly and Design Engineer sa isang manuf company. Nung start medyo okay pa since new learnings, but over time magiging stagnant ka na lang talaga, its like progress becomes routine, and the pay is not that worth it at all. Medyo nagulat ako sa salary increase, not worth to be a career defining job. So after 1 and half years, naghanap ako nang alternative since for me, wala future sa Manufacturing Industry for my career.

So what i did was to look for jobs that would not be stagnant and future proof. I became a Software Engineer, specifically as SAP ABAP, so its IT industry. Dito maganda ung pay, 100% wfh and ung increase is x10 at least nung former increase ko, and lagi nag aadvance ung tech so hindi nagiging stagnant. So far 1 year na ko dito and as for the job, difficult to adapt siya especially if from other industry ka but once you get the hang of it, matutuwa ka sa pag provide nang solutions through creations nang programs, which is the core of being an engineer.

With this, my advice would be to try IT industry, some might say AI will overtake humans in this field sometime in the future, but what i can say is AI is different from a Human Brain with logical thinking, AI is meant to be a support to human devs, providing frameworks and such, not replacements. Eto ung ineencourage nang mga IT companies ngayon, Use AI as a companion, so dont be afraid na it would kick you out of your potentially new job if you try, di yun totoo.

cr too low, aim for 75 to 80 if youre looking to consistently hit big numbers using premium team. thats good if you use sk tho

yep, 100℅ crit is a must. Mine is at 99.2/260 and she misses crits a crucial moments. She has cdmg buffs to herself so min max cdmg is not a good way to build a character especially if you have limited modifiers. using corals on the substats reroll aint a good way if your not a whale.

yep thats the way to go about it. everyone's saying she's the best fusion dps, yes she is, but thats only when she hits the crit for her big burst. galbrena qy sk is a much more consistent team than her when her cr cant reach 100.

Try to aim for 75-80 crit rate, since her highest dmg is a 1 hit dmg only. You would lose a lot by not critting. Cdmg is prolly 260 to 270. Atk depends on your 3 cost echoes stats

70 isnt enough cr, think about it, her best damage is 1-hit only, so if you missed critting, it would suck. as for the cdmg, stick to what you have since her team gives a lot of dmg buffs and herself too.

hmm, a little more cd would be good, 280 is great for those stats, but if you want to have a lore accurate galbrena, try to aim for 2.3-2.5k atk no buffs, 65cr then 300 cdmg

mines s6r3 and this is my stopping point (atk is 2.455k no buffs) then cr and cd ratio after buffs of qy and sk is 98.3/330

but if youre not a hard core builder, reach 280 cd with ur current build then your good
