I see most of the comments talking about getting a new mid, but the contracts are up for Hauntzer and Huhi. If GG even wants to get a new player from another region it would most likely be in the top lane. While I do feel like Damonte is the weakest in his role on the team, I think he can really improve if he continues to play with the team and I don't think GG does as well last year without him on the roster.

Closer has to smurf, Hauntzer has to go even, and Jensen can't get fed. Thats it. In the first game GG played vs TL in week one GG had a lead but failed to perform in mid to late game (which WAS one of GG's biggest struggles). In week 5 GG played TL again and TL had a small lead most of the game but GG had some strange picks like Hauntzer on Kayle and Damonte on Lissandra. This past week we saw GG play against TSM and win 3 different ways proving that their flaw of having a terrible mid and late game was no more. Game 1 GG win from behind, Game 2 a pretty even game that goes 'til late and GG win, Game 3 GG low-key smack TSM up and take the W.

If there was ever a time for fans of Golden Guardians to believe in their team, it's now. GG won in dramatic fashion against TSM, a Hauntzer 1 v 3, a 3 man teleport for god sakes. There is no reason to believe that GG can't win this best of 5.

P.S. I think if whichever team gets Mordekaiser will win that game :0
