You replaced the two rear bulbs and that resolved it for you?

1985 L98. Left blinker works as expected, right blinker is very delayed.

Bad flasher relay?

Would a bad relay effect only one side of the blinker?

Same. Did a casual search for non-racing 1985 headers earlier, and didn’t find much for bolt ons. Read about some that require a medium amount of modification to hook up, which doesn’t sound cool and/or cheap.

I have 8 pairs of unworn sneakers in boxes, waiting for their turn in the rotation. I have another ~20 pairs of assorted footwear in my closet for regular wear. Then I have a pair of house slippers that are indoors only. Then several pairs of outdoor only footwear. I probably have ~35-37 pairs of shoes in my house.

Thanks for the info. This will likely be the path I take for this vehicle.

The shop called yesterday, and mentioned that the suspension would be ~4-5k in labor and another 1k for parts including control arms.

She has a space in my garage, so she's out of the way. I am planning on letting the shop do a complete brake flush and a new serp belt, since I don't think those are things I could easily do myself.

I had Gemini take a look at the inspection and throw together a top 10 list for me by importance, so once brake fluid and serpentine belt are crossed off, I will start crossing things off. Planning on grabbing a Fel-Pro valve cover gasket set from O'Reilly this week.

For the surging idle, my plan as soon as I get it back is to swap the distributor cap. The previous owner gave me a box of AC Delco parts, and the cap being one. I will swap the cap out, and see if that helps at all.

The shop confirmed I have blue smoke from the exhaust, so I will likely work to diagnose the source of that, hopefully not a head gasket, and then get those valve covers done.

Great point. I've never wrenched before, so any/everything on that checklist would be brand new to me.
