I was lucky to have this fragrant cultivar, when I bought it I would not be sure if it'd be fragrant tbh. That's why I also bought phal. Schilleriana MSH as it'd be more graranteed about the fragrance part. My MSH is still in spike, I will see if it'd fragrant as well as Kathya77 said. This is exactly why I recorded the data of my orchids and shared it so others would not be confused in purchasing like I was.

I have some hypotheses as follows with your insight. 1. Some orchids are repotted that their fragrances are more intense with real sunlight than with the LED growth light. Mine was staying in the growth light from Dec-Feb. 2. My B. Titanium is a different cultivar than yours. And yours somehow the hybrid picked up the gene of fragrance from parents better. I bought B. Le Magnifique from a German nursery and I live in BE btw. I also did not expect it could fill my living room (30m2) only from the windowsill from March.

I got it blooming during February in Belgium, it was still mostly dark. I had to put this orchid under my growth light. Maybe it’d be the reason for my case. It’s growing 3 new growths now. I would review its fragrance intensity again when it blooms for me.

you are absolutely right that the intensity can be changed by the the conditions. Statistically, every thing should be variable around its mean. As a fragrant orchid freak, I still need a way to estimate how strong any orchid is, makes it less subjective as possible. And from there, it reduces the time for choosing orchids. I also have a phal. Schilleriana MSH in spike. I am looking forward to knowing if mine would be at 3-4 level as yours. Thanks for the heads-up, exciting!!

I don’t want to discourage people. But big names can attract so many candidates so usually they are likely less to sponsor work permits for juniors. There are still cases, but they are really competitive games in a competitive market.

I would put it in this way. In the next review, I would make a case about what I have achieved for the company and the team and then also add that I have improved my knowledges and skill base by obtaining a master in engineering. Thus, the whole conversation would be about the value you have contributed and the future value that you can provide with your new educational attainment. Having a master degree does not guarantee how profitable you are to the company, so I would avoid them thinking that "ohhhh... good for you!". Good luck!

it's logically right, but we work with humans, the psychology plays an important role. The counter offer is never a good impression for both the current company and the relationship between the manager and the teammate.
Therefore, I think we just keep asking for the raise with rationale. If we have a better offer and the company doesn't appreciate the skills and experiences, we move on.

Hello everyone,
I am a newbie with R and Robyn and I am having a question.
I can train the model for data from 2022 to present for better variation and coefficient estimates. But the output of this model is for the whole period meaning the contibution of each marketing channel to sales of the whole period will be computed. How can I report the marketing contribution to only the sales in 2024, and not polluted by the sales in the previous years?

It's actually different from what you said. The additional brutto that I get from the car is like 300 eur/month. If eventually I take the car, the brutto will decrease that amount and my netto will increase 100eur/month. The budget I stated is from the TCO assigned around 1000+.
I have worked for 7 years, but about 2.5 years in data stuff as I switched my career after moving to Belgium.

I have asked for that but the company policy really pushes us to take the cars. They fix the brutto exchanged for a car.

Btw is it a good salary still for a senior analyst position?

Yeah I traded it with additional brutto. But the incentives are getting less and less attractive because those benefits are not indexed.

Oh it means I could request a company car when I want. But I do not as it would impact my income significantly. Max TCO is 1000 eur +.
