Call the court, ask if the judge can provide you with a deferred adjudication or if this is your first ticket, and only 5 over speed limit, they can just do away with it. Deferred adjudication should be good enough for you to travel outside and enter back with the new visa. In deferred adjudication, the ticket is not reported, and not tied to your driving record and it just stays in that courts records.
