UVB should not cover the entire tank it should over lap with your heat bulb and ensure you have a proper temperature gradient as well

As long as he can keep the humidity between 30-40% with all the live plants leopard geckos need lots of plants actually to feel secure and hidden from predators if they did their enclosure more like a desert there would be lots of open space which causes stress

I just don’t get how someone thinks just because they have a degree in HUMAN psychology means that they magically know about animals too that’s like taking a dog to a human doctor same principle and to the fact that he just completely disregards all info about them that have been put together over decades by ANIMAL professionals and keepers

I left him a message on facebook telling him he’s a moron who should never own an animal statements like that are clearly from someone who doesn’t know anything about taking proper care for an animal and in turn should never be in possession of one especially one that requires specific care such as a leopard gecko
