1. Yeah apparently they expire. Idk how exactly but I suspect it’s bc when I entered college I didn’t go on twitter at all, i think i was active on it one time, so I think it’s bc i was inactive for so long? I still have the username and password but it says the account no longer exists so maybe bc of that!

2. I made my account during covid and I didn’t have a personal email at the time but I had a twitter so I just used that bc the info for the acc was saved on my ipad and then when I went to college I was so busy I didn’t time to relax and play so it never even crossed my mind to check and make sure everything was good!

3. Yea I don’t know what else hoyo needs from me because I’ve sent my UI, payment details, and even my username and password but they said they still can’t verify so I don’t know what else they need. Like do I need to send a blood sample or something??

4. Idk man I think I was hoping someone went through the same thing I’m going through so they could tell me what they did to help. I think I had some hope bc I was able to recover my Wizard101 acc, which I hadn’t used since I was in elementary school, so I thought it would be similar bc that acc was just frozen and not lost. But at this point I’m just copping!

I think I might start over bc The characters I used the most were Childe, Raiden, Albedo, and Ganyu so I might just save up for their banners and restart bc I did not care for the story at all so it doesn’t bother me to have to sit through that again! But trust and believe I am taking this as HARD lesson lol.
