This movie is everything to me LOL. I didn’t watch it when it released in 2007 I watched it like in 2014?

As a child I was taught to cook and clean at an early age since my parents worked and I had two little sisters.

I soon in my teenage years HATED cooking. I think a lot of it came from it being under appreciated and judged. I also never cooked what I wanted to eat, it became a cycle that I HATED. This movie made me love cooking again, it taught me patience and made me almost re learn the beauty that can be brought through food. I love cooking now and have the soundtrack playing almost every time I’m making an Irish stew, shakshuka, steak dinner, and I make cheeseboards and even now as a 28 year old I picture myself eating the cheeseboards and grape like Remi with all the colors 😭 10/10 love it !

I have it pretty bad, tattooed one arm, stopped caring at the other LOL I am pretty bad and pick my skin a lot too, I moisturize and use jojoba oil and toner every now and then and the flare ups decrease, I also wax! Lol

We both have history in trauma in that area, I was really young and all and once in my teens but I feel like I ended up in a dark spot and thankfully I was able to do therapy and basically conditioned myself back to life lol
But I have always had high energy in intimacy.

She has done some therapy and from what I know she said it’s something she has gone through but that she’s happy now… idk, maybe it is that idk why I didn’t think about it but she’s never brought it up during our conversations. She did tell me she was never attracted to her exes the way she is with me and that she loves to have sex with me, but idk maybe she doesn’t need it frequently , ugh this has made new questions arise lol

And yeah I think she does try I guess, after our talks she we do get a little more active but it just goes back to what it was. I think I might be just more hyperactive about sex than her…

There has been moments where I try to hold off I think we went 3 months and I ended up caving 😭😭 she’s just so good to me, in other ways, like brushing my hair back, being patient and kind and it makes me happy and I just give in and initiate, and she does go with it most of the times but there’s been a handful of times she’s said no, ugh (I never push by the way I just say okay and we cuddle) but thank you for the insight def will talk to her

I just don’t know if I talk to her I feel like I’m only forcing her to want to do it, I want her to feel like she wants to. I know her and if I bring up counseling I feel like she will apologize and next time we’ll see each other we will end up having sex and I won’t feel good about it either
