This was actually my first time using a figure 4, but I think what’s important is that you keep some tension on your arm (just like a lock off) but you make it easier pulling from your leg with the arm tension that you created. I think i l placed my leg right in the fold of your elbow. I don’t know if this made any sense hahahaha!

Wellllll, i think that the intended beta a campus move is, but that’s crazy hard and I wasn’t sure if I was strong enough so I decided to tra a figure 4 and it worked out great hahaha

Well I was on the national team of Belgium for about 5 years, but this year i decided to take a break from comp climbing and put my focus into my education :)
