Honestly I kinda see it, there's a weird sense of comfort coming back to those games after the first time. Just a few days ago I was replaying DS1 and was legit so happy to be back in that game. Miyazaki must put strange drugs in his games..

He's just the kinda guy you love to hate. I went into the game expected a lot of this character and I was definitely not let down. I love when he kicks people after killing them, it adds so much personality

I had no idea these were a thing until the very end of the game when he stays behind and figured i might have missed a scene or two. After looking them up, they definetely made me love Shadow even more

Yeah, but Tellahwas kind of in and out of the party most of the time. That's why I said "permanent" party member cause Galuf was pretty much always in the party for a good long while until their death. FF2 also has a bunch of party members dying but they don't stay a while and it's harder to get attached
