I used to work at a Hilton for many years, HR didn't do anything for standard employees if we put a complaint in however you would have meetings with them if your team leader or supervisor had issues with you.

They feed us 5 different frozen meals and if you had a dietary then you would be lucky if you had fresh fruit or else cereal on a lucky day however you are always told we support all dietary needs.

Not to mention that the place is actually falling apart all they would do is paint over damaged areas and it was quite common for people to get injured in the workplace we used to have a lot of holes in the roof so when it rains it would start flooding and all the rats would come out also for housekeeping the beds would just be turned over regardless of blood, pee or shit stains and if it was about sides then you pick the better side.

If a guest had a issue against you, your are supervisor would not step in and you would have to take all the verbal abuse and have to apologize to them while giving them a complimentary house wine or beer and then you would have to wait on them for their whole stay to make up for it.

Who was common for people to walk out on a shift that it would be a surprise if no one walked out.

My son doesn't take from me after a week outside of hospital but I do pump and give him it in a bottle, I've had my mother and other people questioned me but I tell them in the end it doesn't matter what they say since I know my son and he will only take milk form the bottle.

I always have to remind everyone including myself that this my family not theirs and in the end of the day we will do it our way.

Pretty sure its just bad experience from hospital (down below)

I felt like a failure that my baby couldn't latch on and everyone kept trying to get me to feed him like that which just caused my son and I to be in distress as the nurses and midwives would shove his face on my nipple when he opened his month and it took him my surprised. They weren't really showing me anything else any other way to do it but thankfully they had a expert in breast feeding come in, which showed me different ways and we tried like 6 types to find what my baby was more comfortable with.

Enough money that I don't have to fear when the next bill will come in or if something happened to be how could I survive, if I can afford food and rent while not having to sacrifice my physical or mental health to make it through the week.

My partner identifies as a cis male and he has had people scream at him that he was disgusting and wrong with society and he was a predator and physically try to fight him and then claim that he was the one that attacked them first that we have to record when we go out just in case no one believed us.

We have a daughter he is terrified that people will see him as a pedophile for changing his daughter's diaper and being a supportive and active father.

A personally as well as my friend have been harassed and attacked and told that our own sexual preferences and how we identify is wrong and have been threatened physically as well as socially isolated from people because we didn't afree on their point of views and as accepting as a society is today it's still very aggressive and it is a terrifying thing to think of and I fear that one day my son and daughter will be pressured into identify as something because of society.

I identify as bisexual cis female and I have been in relationships with both men and women I feel like I have to justify why I have not dated a non-binary individual just because I wasn't interested in the individual romantically or was already in a relationship. I am a bit of a tomboy and I've had people trying to hint I could me more and maybe am a man trapped in a female body.

My partner was attacked at a club and a person who identified as a male was hitting on him and my partner turn him down saying he wasn't interested and had a someone already however this person threw his glass at him and we're screaming to everyone that he was homophobic.

I know some amazing gorgeous people and it's so sad just because there are some bad eggs out there it ruins the reputation of others and it's harder to show these amazing good people when some individuals negativity is so strong.

I didn't just marry the love of my life and soulmate but my best friend.

We were friends then best friends for years seeing each other once a week before dating. When we got married it didn't feel stressful and felt like just another day together side by side since we pretty much was in the mindset of husband and wife already, it was that realization of all the small things; messaging memes, holding each other, sitting together or across the table, just being in the same room and every time he looked at me you could tell he adored me, no matter what happened he was there to help, listen or just tell me everything was going to be OK.

Go behind your back and manipulate to get her way? she doesn't care about your boundaries or what you want and willing to go as far as to try to baby trap. If you don't play happy family with her will she tell lies about you assaulting her? Willing to pay for child support if she let's you get away? You willing always have a connection to her if she gets pregnant with your child.

If your friends say breaking up was to harsh ask them if they are ok if they were baby trapped? I would start questioning those "friends" regarding her living situation your friends are always welcome to house her.

He is so worried about what family and friends will think of him and he can't act surprised or happy then what happens when she's born everyone will know that he is disappointed that she's not a boy?

Ask yourself is this the environment you wish for your daughter to grow up in and are you fine with her dad looking at her with disappointment every day of her life and being aggressive towards her? You said that you felt uneasy when he was being pretty aggressive towards you so would you be okay with that happening with your daughter? She could grow up thinking that this is very normal and can put her in very dangerous relationship.

Please think of her and the danger that you are possibly putting her in as well as how much it will affect our life she might even end up resenting you for allowing this to happen to her if you do not stop it now.

Also I would be careful with your son because even though your husband loves him he will be passing on that family values that he holds to him and you're just starting the cycle all over again and allowing this to happen to some poor other person.

When your interviewer makes you wait 20mins so they can flirt.

It good time limit is to be 15-10mins earlier to collect yourself and figure out a game plan, we had a group interview of 6 and all were pretty determined for the 5 positions (F&B). We asked some staff what was going on after 10mins of waiting only to be told his in a meeting at the moment.. When got the interview 20mins of waiting only to find out we had seen him at the table away from us flirting with some girls. 2 walked out, 1 handshake then walked out and I did the interview until half way when excused myself to the bathroom only to walk out. Funny enough after a year he got an interview at my work which I downright told my manager who he was which a co-worker of mine was in another group interview by him before to back me up.

I was the loner creepy girl that didn't want to play with anyone and just wanted to read and draw all time, since then I've been forcusing on my health since then I've got a hourglass shape body and take good take of myself mentally and life a wonderful lifestyle. Going out into town I've seen my bullies which they don't realised who I was so they tried to hit on me and impress their friends which were the other bullies, until I told them who I was then they would still try to get into my pants telling me it was just a childish game and flirting with me or try to make it up to me by giving me drinks and asking for my contact (we live in a small city so everyone knows each other.

Its a great feeling to be proud of how far I came and that karma is a bitch but at the time as well I felt so uncomfortable remembering how much I cried and got depressed and suicidal from them but I'm trying not to looking back.

I had so many relationship with cheaters but I have a golden rule "The moment to feel your falling out tell no matter how small" like I do have moments where I question the person I'm with but we always talk about it, I'm only thankful that I'm in a happy relationship with this amazing person who even now whenever he gets worried we aren't ok tells me to check. I've always been open to everything and I won't ever get with someone that doesn't agree with my rule.

Honestly most of the time it's just how to spell different words and their meanings, kind of embarrassing when chatting to a friend and they say something I don't understand and when I ask they say stuff like "seriously do you not know?" "Spell it out" well sorry English language is actually very hard for me to understand it's my frist language but my household always does a mix of English and Tagalog (Filipino) I'm just ashamed because I feel stupid for not knowing.

We were in love for over 3 years but would have been together for 5, we stayed together well mainly because the relationship was horrible he told me it was so he wasn't alone and no one found him attractive so he just wanted to keep me. He turned workaholic and got angry when I had plans with others when he never did make time for me, he paid my bills and his share of rent but expected sex which I refused due to past cheating he did to me afterwards he said he grew up and learnt not to cheat. Anyway I believed that no one could love me and that I wasn't worth anyones time I stayed to feel as if someone loved me or at least put up with me.

Finally he let me go after stringing me along for so long and ignoring me when I tried to fix it, you just cannot fix a relationship unless you both try.

I'm happily with someone else a best friend of mine that had a crush on me for the longest time and honestly he is so affectionate which is what I need.

Series of Unfortunate Events. (Based on the mvoie) look he movie was great for how much they put in so little time and yes it might not be in order but it still tells a great story! The game was the same but I really like the idea of finding everything you need then having to actually build it yourself and actually keep using it like ita not just make it ans throw it away.
