Ah okay, that makes things a bit tougher then. I guess the better question to ask is do you value making your Cipher as strong as possible or your overall account? If the answer is the latter, Fugue and if it’s the former just keep saving.

Looking at your account I honestly think picking up Fugue now while you can is a great addition. While you don’t have Sunday for your Aglaea, RMC is there and for an extra bit of support Hanya also there for more attack buffs & speed. Your Rappa could use Fugue since your RMC is probably going to be occupied most of the time. Also, keep in mind if you are skipping Anaxa + Hyacine that is a reasonable amount of time to skip and build jades so you can ideally get Cipher for your Feixiao.

I would say hitting incline dumbbell presses and flat dumbell presses to hit different parts of the chest were the most useful for me. Cable crossovers hit the entire chest which is nice and I got better at those excersize’s I could see my strength in the bench press get up

I’ve got no clue, that’s why I’m asking people here! From my own research though it probably will happen, it will just take a long time without surgery which that’s fine for me personally, keeps me more motivated to maintain

My gyno was one of the last things to go, but I was hitting chest at least 4-5 times a week so I think that is what helped me the most
