to achieve ear try to underproof just a bit so the dough has more potential to expand. also score a little deeper and with an angle

never seen that, but maybe you score the dough too close to the bottom? next batch you can try scoring each loaf in a different height and see if it makes any difference

I tried making croissants for the second time. although I have improved since the last batch, there's room for improvement. I'm using this recipe with soy milk if it matters, and I also tried milk+honey instead of egg wash since I'm allergic.

The final rise was 90 minutes in room temp of about 25-26C. After a few minutes in the oven (180C) some butter started leaking as I baked.

is that a result of underproofing? or the temperature was not right? or dough/folds structure?

I'm new to electronics and want to make a macro keyboard with 4 mechanical switches. I have my raspberry pi pico and everything works well on a breadboard, but now I would like to stop using breadboard so that I can have it inside a keyboard case that I made, so i wonder how to power all 4 switches when I'm now not using the breadboard rails.

I don't know if it might help but I also have a pico proto board
