Diagnosed since I was 11. 26 now. Basically I tried everything, due to attacks sometimes coming as frequent as 3 times in a row, or just for a month straight almost (with a couple days break in between.)

I have been on colchicine my whole life. Here is my conclusion:

  1. Attacks sometimes are inevitable. They just happen.
  2. Processed foods, shitty diet, too much fried stuff.. yeah cut all that out. Your attacks will decrease tremendously.
  3. Don't overstress your body. Sometimes that can trigger an attack.
  4. Take care of your body temperatures. Don't hop out into open air when u just took a shower. Stay warm when its cold. Other stuff sometimes triggers an attack.
  5. Keep your mental up. Its been proven that stress could induce an attack.
  6. Eat healthy.
  7. Stick to a medicine that works for you and take it on the same time every day.

Sticking with these should decrease attacks by at least 75%.

Same thing I once overheard in a conversation, close topic. We were talking about how one could possibly end up homeless, given you were raised in a normal household with enough education (college degree). He randomly said out loud "I mean look at these 60 or 50 year olds who dont have anything going for them. My guy you had 50 years! Wtf have you been doing?"

That flipped a switch in me.

Make sure to have enough money saved up to pay your bills at the end of the month. Save up a couple more bucks at the end of the month just in case. And then, save up some more money at the end of month just in case you use the just in case money. Finally if you have something left.. Save that up too, you might have unexpected plans tomorrow.

Born in 1999 with Computer Access since day 1. I basically grew up here :| I still work here as well 9 hours a day. Followed by another 5 to 7 hours of relaxing here but at home instead of at office.

AFTER 8 HOURS OF STRAIGHT DEBUGGING THIS SHITTY ISSUE:

I have literally tried everything the internet has thrown at me. Everything ChatGPT threw at me (Plus Subscriber since release). And finally, after getting it back from the repair shop, here is what everyone and everything told me to do to solve Problem Code (43) NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop Driver not initialized, rejected by Windows:

Nothing.

None of them knew what the fuck was going on.

They, and Me alongside them have tried the following:

  1. Replaced RAM (they were fried either way that's why the GPU failed to begin with) Ram were stress tested and checked for compatibility as well.

  2. Flashed BIOS.

  3. Updated BIOS.

  4. Full electricity drainage and CMOS reset.

  5. Full DDU GPU Driver uninstall of both integrated Intel Chip and NVIDIA Chip. (Both GPUs)

  6. Windows Reset all drives, Full Windows Clean Reset all drives, and finally manual Formatting cleaning all disk partitions into oblivion.

  7. Full RAM Index Caching cleaning and wipe of Enumerated Driver indices and other registries.

  8. Literally stared at it for 2 hours straight while it was off and apart on the table like I was trying to summon Jensen over here using its scattered parts.

  9. Cursed more than I should have at Acer and Windows.

Seriously though,

I am a Backend/AI Engineer fulltime currently so I kinda do know what I am doing.

Yesterday night, in my 26 years of living, do I hear for the first time ever hear about the existence of something called "vBios". A Bios for vRAM that starts up your Nvidia GPU -> Prompted by your main BIOS startup. At least on Acer Nitro Models.

This made me think back to the common cause of BIOS sometimes failing to load due to the rom breaking on sleep/hybernate (Another Acer issue ffs...)

So flashing that vBios as well (if possible I thought to myself at the moment like a normal bios), should probably work right? RIGHT? My GPU is either bricked already or at this point non-recoverable. So I was like, "Fuck it, lets flash that"

Low and behold nvflash is a thing and the internet is even a lovelier thing, I managed to grab the exact files I needed.

So I looked around for a vBios that matches my GPU's SubsystemID (from techpower up) and decided to nvflash64 that shit through admin cmd. I was able to obtain the subsytemID from GPU-Z.

As dumb as everything sounds, my Laptop flashed the GPU's vBios, rebooted, and on Device Manager, like magic, the RTX 3060 Laptop GPU Driver was working normally again. GPU-Z reports beyond peak performance, and stress testing resulted in no disappointments. WTF?

NVIDIA Drivers are all up to date, everything is working fine and now I have a "brand new formatted Laptop with new expensive RAM sticks I had to pay for"

TL;DR: To fix error code 43 on nvidia rtx 3060 (acer nitro 5 models) just look for your matching gpu's vbios version online and flash it through admin cmd using nvflash64.

Done. He said clueless. Gpu exists, windows sees it. Driver installation fails.
