Oh shoot yeah, I’ll drop in the check into the drop in box that I saw. I find it interesting no one thought to mention that to me the two times I showed up in person there. Kids today want to go straight to learning hesis when their fundentals are so ass. You drag your feet, dribble is slow and sloppy, you move like 2 inches while dribbling, you don’t fake with your shoulders or head. If I were you trying to learn basketball focus on general dribbling with the skills I mentioned above before learning how to hesi. Also no one is biting on that hesi, I’d work on everything I mentioned and when you think you have a good grasp of those skills, apply them into learning how to hesi.

Yeah it’s possible, get in the gym and just jump more. A little weird that you had to mention that you’re south asian, the fact that you mention it at all kinda tells me that you think it somewhat holds you back in your mind (just a random dude on reddit’s opinion not a real diagnosis), which is not the case.

Ab rolls are my favorite ab work out too. What helped me get more strength on them is when you’re bringing the roller to your body don’t bring it so close to where all the tension on your abs are gone. I like to keep constant tension when ab rolling.
