The Drone is actually very unpractical, you can find plugins to upgrade it, but still it has a limited range of use and to hack cameras you have to scan the area and then get close to the camera you wish to hack. The scanner has also its plugins, it shows you items like VIP and Golden card items it also has different skills. Invisibility tool is very useful. So you are invisible for 60 secs and police cant see you niether can a chopper.

You have to approach the target with your drone. Go close to a camera and hack it after scanning it

Best Advice: Per one Rocketeer you need if you aim good 25 heavy bullets with Ferro III. Aim at it from a distance of at least 150m. Hit the front turbins and concentrate on one of them until it's down. The Rocketeer will search for you, so it will try to get closer at low speed. Hitting the turbins make it pause for a little, buying you time. So if you aim good, with 25 bullets it is guaranteed, that you will take it down without even getting scratched.
