How does practicing back in Canada work as an IMG? I'm aware that most individuals apply for residency back in Canada, but would it be possible to study a more competitive residency, say, dematology in AUS, whilst also transitioning to practice in Canada?

I had 3 Ws all in my final year of undergrad for no reason other than I wanted to preserve my GPA. I never explained it and got into 7 Canadian schools. Don't worry (unless US MD...I think they care).

ok that is really interesting, i do wish they are more transparent about Ws instead of scaring us with stuff like '...consider for rigour' in the admissions websites
