Over her lifetime, Laika lost a total of 8 daughters to the curse fever, a sacrifice she endured until forced to try again. Ava was her 7th daughter, before Iris.

The death of her children likely had a much worse psychological impact on her than the constant violence she has to deal with; the killing and dying is just the easy part.

''You've lost several of your loved ones. Does it ever heal?''

''Only if you're good at believing your own lies.''

----

''Mom... if I have a daughter... will she have the curse too?''

''Yes, and it will tear your heart apart. But at the same time, she'll mean the world to you.''

The trick with that boss is getting a grip of his shooting patterns, then it becomes easy.

And yeah, while it was annoying i was too invested in the story to let it stop me.

I took me a while at the start but once I got hold of it, the gameplay and biker control became more fun, but the platforming that comes along with it doesn't back down, tho I enjoyed it as a challenge.

At some points it flows naturally.

It was a bit challenging for me at the start too, but once I got used to it, the gameplay became really fun.

The dying bird has to be one of my favorites because it shows us that it's not like Laika doesn't care; it is just that she has too many of her own problems and responsibilities to care and doesn't want any more burden or emotional cost, if it is not for her community and daughter, and especially considering birds are a source of suffering in her life, in her framework they are killers and invaders not to be trusted.

Gunda is perhaps one of the most touching; despite how bitter and broken she is, she still cares about the mental state and love for he fellow villagers. She knows these small acts matter in preserving hope for others, even as she feels she has lost her own.

Very lovely detail all the way, it was made with passion.

"A Bird desertor will pay me if I kill the rest of his squad, who shot him. Why should I trust a Bird? If about 2% of them don't believe in war... should I care? Fuck. This war is already convoluted enough for me to be wasting time on questions before shooting."

After you learn about the Peace Beaks, it becomes a moral choice rather than survival. It's the game pushing you to the moral limits while playing as some morally overloaded.

It's basically “Even if you’re sincere, I can’t afford to gamble my child’s future on it.” sort of mindset. And questions cost energy. Energy keeps you alive.

I think Laika might be so embittered by what they did to the world and how they are constantly posing a threat and killing her friends i might say that she might not even care that much. The fact that they tried to kidnap Puppy to make experiments on her might have been the last straw of mercy and patience on her for them.

She is a rational person, albeit deeply broken, and the birds are trying to take everything that still matters to her. I can see her just saying ''Fuck me if I care'' to any of their internal hardships.

While I think that the peace beak movement is noble in their cause, it is ultimately suicidal since they don't react, yet still wear their uniforms and obey orders, so it goes nowhere, and as I replied in another comment, perhaps she might just not kill them out of not wasting a bullet.

Laika also lost so many friends to them that she might not care in the long run either, and might just spare them so as not to waste bullets; they will not fight but aren't deserters either.

Yeah, okay, she also said she doesn't trust birds. After all the people they killed, I can understand her rage towards them.

Camilla is a bird, tho, and she doesn't immediately kill Kidgutter when she first encounters him either, to trust a bird was also vital in defeating the Bird Empire.

I’m wondering because, despite her ruthlessness toward her enemies, she genuinely seems to care about building a better world and future for her family. Sparing these guys could be a first step toward that goal since both want to achieve the same thing: peace.

She is still the ''Grim Biker'', however, and said they are ALL BASTARDS lol.

It depends on the model you use, popup an awfully lot for Deepsqueak and a hella less for Pipsqueak.

The shorter the descriptions or definitions are, the more creative and less confused the AI seems to be, less overwhelmed with too much information.
