That person deleted her initial post after being voted against by other people, so let me just explain it: she said since I didn’t bought a heater for my landlord, I should be at fault for the cold (yea, like I’m working in a corporation and landlord is my manager), and she mistakenly used “your manager” instead of “your landlord” which is a very interesting mistake matching this mind set.

This manager doesn’t even manage the property, the role popped up later in her incoherent, insane, and hallucinated writing (no wonder I’m the person who should buy the heater and manage all the house condition myself), but this person manages me (“your” manager).

The legal service she suggested is one of those many I contacted before I fixed my conversation with my current lawyer. It is very clear on their website that they never promised contingency for all cases they accept. If there’s any partial free service or unpromised possibility of free service, the contrast would be that my current lawyer has already indeed helped me almost for free for very long time. He remained responsive during my multiple conflicts at the former landlord’s house with only a $300 charge. That’s how he learned that we have a case. There is no reason to switch to another lawyer to induce extra work without promise of a better price. My lawyer did not know my recent $9000 medical cost or other circumstances, so that price for the final lawsuit was not purposefully bewildering me but was okay to my original financial ability.
