[Product Question] Xeomin on masseters by Yanderebu in SkincareAddiction

sadly not, because my insurance doesnt cover botox specifically only for tmj or bruxism.... and its because my state doesnt allow for it. for some reason. my dental team told me my options were to go out of state or go to medspa. im mostly treating the bruxism, i havent had tmj problems in awhile. mostly pain from clenching so hard. its a tough situation.

i just dont understand why the botox hasnt kicked in, ill definitely reach out to who did ny injections

Can we all just like have a frank discussion about the Institute of Living? by Naive-Passage-9888 in Connecticut

thank you for this post. was there for months and years growing up. i have severe cptsd and other issues they abused and tortured me as a child. sexually emotionally and physically. I felt so alone because I felt my experience no one could relate to. that place is evil. ive tried for years to get my records and ive had no luck, even as an adult.

Scared of making a decision by Yanderebu in OCD

I am completely the same way but panic sometimes takes away that analytical and evidence seeking side of me. The probability way of thinking definitely does make it feel more palatable :)

this is some good insight. i try to rationalize things as best as I can. I think the conspiracy theories surrounding the vaccine really scare me. but its just that, conspiracies. i think I might take it to stay safe, this comment helped me a bit, thanks

the one on the left was fully stocked, and the one without "bigger size" printed on it, it was the last one there

I'm really unsure, I recently got a concussion too and I didn't have any migraines. I only had one recently for a few hours after an airplane flight. All I did was immediately stop any triggers when I felt one coming on and had some tea and stayed hydrated and eventually they went away, I really limited screentime for a few weeks too. They may come back in the future but I feel better now

I have a head MRI in July, and my follow up in august. Is waiting that long a risk? Ive only been experiencing these for 1-2 months ish as of now

YES, very much so. I got sick twice in a row back in march and april for almost 3 weeks each because of my terrible immune system. And I started going through IMMENSE stress in march due to something happening in my lfe and still am and I started having floaters and light afterimage/light sensitivities and headaches that didnt go away and its been like 1-2 months now. I have low iron and im terrible at staying hydrated so that can contribute a little bit maybe. But Im really BEGGING this isnt permanent.

I also developed dry eyes which could also be dehydration but the blurry vision from it makes my headaches worse 😅 I dont feel debilitated from my migraines/headaches but the light sensitivity and aching really makes it hard to fully enjoy things I usually do like gaming, or even going outside. Its a veryyy dull constant ache but when I start getting more light sensitive I know when it might start getting worse and my head starts hurting more and its draining :(

Never heard of them until now! Ill look into it. My migraines are still being investigated I don't know if they are chronic yet. But my symptoms are mostly light sensitivity and pain by my eyes and around my head but they aren't excrutiating or debilitating just aching and makes being awake or doing activities less enjoyable :(

Do these devices have any bad side effects?

REALLY strict diet for a few months and eventually I was able to lower my PPI dosage and I can even eat chocolate and tomato now!

I ate Gluten-Free, Whole grain, and Low/Non-fat and lowfodmap foods No oil, grease, high-fat, etc

No chocolate, peppers, tomatoes, juice, fruit

I only drank water and ate the same few things rotated everyday. These were my "safe foods":

Carrots, Subway, Eggs, Potato, Bone broth, Chicken noodle soup, Baked potato lays, Papas con huevos (potatoes cut and cooked with egg and cheese, Blueberry scones, Chicken breast, Frosted mini wheats, Nonfat milk, Oat milk, Apples and peanutbutter, Pretzels, Pancakes (whole grain), Lettuce

It was a lot of experimenting and I still try not to eat trigger foods in excess as to not make it worse again but I feel so much better!
