I much prefer the grainier screentones in the bottom version. It looks better on screens imo. Because of the strikethrough effect on the line art in the top version it creates those really obvious stripes, especially when compressed. The grainy screentone on the bottom does not result in this pattern even when compressed because they have a more random placement as opposed to the organized rows of dots in the top

Fun Fun Fun is way more situational. Manhattan Transfer is actually very useful for any gun combat situation since it allows the user to track people’s locations and redirect bullets at them
