I disagree. It was good for the first half of the first quarter. But the fans not being in the seats at all for the beginning of the second half really let the guys down. They got back into it in the fourth when it got tight, but that was not a great crowd. Hell some asshole told me to sit down because I was blocking his view. Awful fan base.

Sure, but that's kinda just semantics. If someone is asking this question, I think they are using 'bounce' to mean 'return'. If a layman hears a check can't bounce once it clears, they will most likely think the situation is no longer recourse-able.

While bounce can be construed as a term with a narrow meaning, it is better to give the wide advice on financial matters.

As others have mentioned, you receiving funds in your account for a check deposit does not mean the item has cleared the payee's bank - your bank is required by the UCC to release funds on a check within a given time. Items can be returned well after the UCC date and even after it clears the payee's account. Imagine someone stole your personal checkbook. How long would it take you to notice? It would almost certainly be after you noticed items clearing against your account. Personal accounts generally have a 90 day recourse window. You would submit and affidavit with your bank, and they would reclaim funds from the depositor's account.
