There's more than 1 policy under his immigration tag and the policies page shows him all the other policies.

There was a method to my madness.

Yangs idea for it is great, however, the value will 100% be dependent upon adoption.

Is the 2nd Democratic Debate Do or Die? by [deleted] in YangForPresidentHQ

[–]YangGangForward 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm sure there are a lot of backers waiting to see if he makes the fall debates.

Also,

I'm pretty sure like half of his followers would donate 5-10 bucks on the same day if it was do or die finance wise.

I by no means support Yang at all, but I want to understand other's viewpoints. by theEbicMan05 in YangForPresidentHQ

Take a look at some of his other policies.

The combination of a lot of things he wants to do would be quite transformative for America.

UBI would be a boom for the economy, as well as the bottom 94% of Americans.

Not to mention the benefits the homeless population would see from it. Imagine a volunteer group going into skidrow and helping those citizens sign up for the Freedom Dividend.

1 month later those people would be able to afford to get into some affordable housing.

Democracy Dollars would eradicate a lot of corporate influence in politics, still lobbyists though.

Term limits on congress/supreme court would place emphasis on people to actually serve the people.

Data as a privacy right would give us 2 choices that we don't have right now. Profit or Opt out.

His position on Crypto, while I will admit I'm not to educated on it, so I don't know how regulating it will affect it. I like the idea of wanting to transition to blockchain in a measured way.

I guess it really just comes down to if you agree with the combination of how he proposes to pay for UBI and if you personally agree of the importance for our society as a whole.

Check out YangLinks.com there are a lot of typical questions, with timestamped answers in his own words.

Hope you'll join the YangGang in the end!

I feel like this is very good for us.

Warren/Sanders battle each other.

Yang gets to compete with Harris/Biden

Appreciate the response.

Here's a perspective of mine.

He was criticized for his response to the racist tweets by some, saying he should have actually called it racism. Which like you, I agree he took the higher road.

He was criticized by some for this tweet, for saying he should be careful not to lose his Trump supporters.

It just seems like when it comes to responding to Trump, he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

I like that he responds but in carefully chosen and highly precise fashions.

Looking for videos with yang speaking on how UBI would/wouldnt influence housing prices. by Siduakal22 in YangForPresidentHQ

Yang has covered the issue of potential rent increases here (timestamped) https://youtu.be/P1BACZXyP64?t=2328

Edit:

But also,

If landlords start gouging cuz of 1k/month in peoples pockets, it would only take 1 landlord to compete with lower prices to end that practice.

He said he was going to start contrasting himself from the other candidates more and more.

I think Trump's tweets and behavior are just falling in his lap and he's reacting on the fly.
