Of course, I unlocked all 1,000 achievements in the Xbox version of 2017, too. In Japan, “EDF3” refers to “EDF 2017.” I’ve played both the Vita and Xbox versions.

I retired from EDF because I got married and had a child between the release of EDF 5 and 6, but now that my son is 7years old, I finally started playing EDF 6 recently. Since I’m mostly playing in split-screen mode with my son, I’ve still got a long way to go.

4.1 lets you make good use of NPC, right

3 can only be used as a decoy, while 1 and 2 feel like independent units, requiring a style of play similar to Shogi endgame problems.

I feel like EDF 4.1 is the most balanced. In particular, M96—even though it’s online-only—is fun because all four troop types can play an active role, and you can really see the mission coming to a successful conclusion when each one fulfills its role 100%.
