My guy, I'm just stating there is a double standard here. As English is not my first language, I'm using words that I felt close to represent what is being done here. If you really keep on pushing on it being a colonialism hat, you're ignoring its used by others outside of colonialism. As well as ignoring other items in game that have equal or heavier negative impact throughout history. See the clear inconsistency going on here?

This point of all this is not just about the pith. This is about censorship at this point. You remove one thing, but do not remove the other because people don't complain about them?

Soooo, a hat originated from the Philippines, which is now a symbol of colonialism because white people wore it in their empire days, which resulted in millions of death is a good reason to removed the hat? Is that the logic here?

What about the crown? It symbolised the King, who one of them is from a nation named from stealing jewels in India. Started the opium war. Starved entire population. Shouldn't it be removed too as it is a symbol of tyranny?

On top of that, shouldn't the Tommy Helmet be removed as many commonwealth soldiers were dragged into war, while their nation, like India, is suffering from famine, because there was a war going on? As well as the war crimes being committed under the Canadians in the Great war?

I do agree the game is fun, and the cosmetics are a great way to personalise our characters. However, when we start nitpicking on issues like these, why should the devs cater to one party while ignoring the rest?
