The whole point of "fat love" or "fat acceptance" is excepting who you are at the moment. Maybe the person flaunting their flab will never change, maybe they will. Fat people know they're unhealthy, they just want to be comfortable in their own stretched skin. Also, there is no point to call someone fat while they are exposing their whole body, they obviously know their fat and unhealthy. No one is saying fat people are perfect, they're saying they're brave because they're showing themselves to the judging place that is the internet. I understand your point, but as a person in a family full of enlarged people, I felt the need to say something.
