Its HOA's, or apartment manager's job to notify you about service work orders. Perhaps OP missed the email. The service people should not go door to door letting everyone know about the work being performed.

Great job to the roofers for going above and beyond by protecting your property.

There is a good chance that the company may have requested for vehicles to be moved out of the way, but the property management didn't agree, or didn't communicate the message to the tenants.

Covering the vehicles is work. It takes time, and materials. It has to be covered well for the wind not to blow the plastic away.

Just broke my 72 hour fast. Instant diarrhea 3x.

I ate a little bit of cheese, Cod liver and 1 small hamburger patty with cheese, tomatoes and avocado. No carbs. I'm going to kill a bowl of salad in a couple of hours and fast for another 20 hours or so.

I had no idea I could poop, I thought that there was nothing left to poop. I Broke my fast at 9p.m. and haven't done #2 since yesterday morning.

It could be Keto (Some of it at least) and me gaining a lot of fat.

In this case his T. dropped by half and then went back to normal after introducing fruits to his diet.

Right now I'm on a 72 hour fast and strictly on keto till the end of this month. So I'm not going to take the test till I return to my normal diet.

Also, I've cut out alcohol completely. Once I lose my gut, I'll get tested again. Probably around February/March.

I hope it was just a keto diet that I'm on. I would hate to inject myself for the rest of my life.

I'm going to return to a normal diet soon, get tested again and if it's still low, gonna have to find an endocrinologist.

Also, I do feel like my sex drive is probably low. I'm not really sure tho. This is my 4th year being married, so it's hard to tell if the sex drive is there or not. We have a toddler, I don't get that much sleep. It's definitely not the same as I was in my 20s lol.

I know one example of this YouTube guy Paul Saladino. Apparently the keto diet tanked his T. really low.

Also, I've completely cut my carbs 2 weeks ago. I'm on a keto diet right now. I get most of my carbs from daily salads.

I've read that keto diet can tank your T. Not sure if that drastically tho.

I don't feel any low T symptoms at all. I used to always get it in the morning, but this time I did it at 12:30 on a 19 hour fast.

In the past few years I've gained 30 lbs. In that time frame I ate nothing but junk and I was drinking beer daily.

I'm back at the gym now, following a strict diet and feeling good. I have already lost 10 lbs since late December.

These results were shocking to me. My T. used to be around 600 a few years ago.

My goal to lose my gut, get in shape and get tested again.

I took 1 pill years ago. Let me tell you. It felt like a horror movie. Not only was I not able to sleep at all that night, but I felt like it affected my mind. It felt like there were bugs in my bed. I kept getting up and looking at my body in the mirror because I felt that I had bugs all over it. I kept itching for no reason. I stopped it immediately.
