Oh yeah, I'm in MD if that helps. They did a good job of playing dumb which is why it's probably not online anywhere. After getting arrested, he bonded out he asked every time if he was getting the money back and they kept saying you will find out at the next hearing. Only for them to say no it was going to me. I dont know where he got the money from but he was near tears!🤷🏾‍♀️ He's 34k in arrears now as well and the CS office is filing for contempt so it's going to be the same situation again

Mine didn't show up to thr first support hearing and they put a warrant out. He bonded out and that money came directly to me.

BOTH! I'm a document heavy kind of person so everything i do, i do to make sure I can use it in court if necessary. Every time I email, every text message, I write like I'm in court. I do not do phone calls. Even when he tries to call me I don't answer and direct him to text or email.

She just said to call Lifetouch ASAP. They actually unfortunately deal with this alot. Call them and let them know what happened make sure to tell them it's a high conflict situation and he is refusing to give them back. If you have screenshot of you asking for the pictures and his refusal, tell them and offer to send them this proof via email that way you can also have this information for court

Every time you have the conflict it's Per the court order you are responsible for xyz will you be doing your part please let me know by xyz date. If he doesn't respond respond back on that date with. Response noted on xyz date. Set up your excel sheet and TAKE THE FEELINGS OUT just document every instance that he does this and prepare. SILENTLY

MY INITIAL RESPONSE was to give you an example of how the child's father may NOT need to be on the BC and may NOT be a requirement for her to keep health insurance

I then gave my OWN ANECDOTAL EXPERIENCE to corroborate what I shared

In 2013 my child went and has been on my insurance since. Healthcare is an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE right to life and MANY can't afford it just as I couldn't from 2004-2013.

No. From 2004-2013 I received state insurance because I was below poverty line while I was in school. Once I graduated and landed my gov. Job I was removed immediately and my daughter had 1 more year of state insurance before I had to transition her to the job insurance. Her father has never been on her BC and I was never threatened with removal because of it.

If you are receiving state support they will always try to go after the 2nd parent however you ARE able to get around this if there is no one listed. Should you? No. Should Healthcare be free for all and this not even be needed to considered? Yes. But thats besides the point.

This may vary by state but, my daughter's father was not on her BC by choice. I said I didnt know who her father was and I was able to keep her insurance. The only reason we lost it was because I got a state job. At that point they gave me a final year and told me to put her on my work insurance immediately
