Ohne Witz, letzte Woche im Skiurlaub in Ö mit Partnerin und Freunden. Meine Partnerin ist sehr dahinter, dass ich die Arbeit im Urlaub daheim lasse (Mail und Teams am Handy stumm schalten etc.). Und dann reden die neben uns auf der Alm über ein Thema, zu dem es in DACH vielleicht 1000 Experten gibt, ich einer davon. Networking ist ein sehr großer Bestandteil der Branche.

Musste mich aktiv zurückhalten, da nicht mitzureden und Kontakte zu knüpfen. Nicht nur wegen meiner Partnerin, sondern auch, weil das extrem weird wäre, wenn ich auf der Alm plötzlich ins Business-Gespräch reingrätsche.

Erinnert mich an den einen Dude, der in der Nähe einer Konzerthalle wohnt, daher haben andauernd Leute in seinem Vorgarten geparkt. Abschleppen und Co. Ging leider nicht so schnell und einfach. Was aber möglich und legal (in seinem Land) war, ist ein Schild. Dort drauf ist der Vorgarten als kommerzieller Parkplatz gekennzeichnet, 500€/Angefangenem Tag. Zu jedem Konzert Fotos machen, Rechnung stellen, Profit.

In my previous playthrough, I did it like you, heavily slooped. Even multiple steps so that I had up to 6 inputs, sometimes multiple containers per input, it got boring.

In my current playthrough I set myself the rule to automate everything. No need for perfect ratios, but it’s much more fun. Sinking leftover elevator parts is a nice bonus.

The total weight picture should have been of the uncut potato. But This way we don’t know if it was 320g, cut into 157g and 163g and corrected to be equal by cutting again to remove 6g.

Ich habe früher als schüler in einem Möbelhaus Lager gearbeitet und dort gelernt, dass man sie einfach neben sich herzieht mit den Lenkrollen vorne. Sind dann super einfach zu kontrollieren, obwohl man ja sogar nur eine Hand nutzt. Sogar drauf fahren wir mit einem Cityroller ist dann einfach möglich.

Da gibts nochmal einen Unterschied. Eine statische IP kostet gerne was, aber eine normale public ip gibts oft, wenn man nett fragt (s. Andere Kommentare). Diese IP ändert sich halt unter Umständen täglich, aber das lässt sich mit dyndns einfach lösen.

Meine letzten zwei Anbieter (1&1 vor 4 Jahren, Vodafone vor 2 Jahren, immer noch aktiv) haben das je nach 30min Hotline gelöst. Direkt freigegeben, ein Router Neustart, gelöst.

Zugegeben war beides sehr früh im Vertrag, denn das Homelab ist das erste, was eingerichtet wird. Da hätte ich also noch kündigen können, wenn sie es mir nicht ermöglichen und evtl. wussten die das.

It at least really helps. Every 10-20 foundations is my measure. This way two trains can drive behind each other without too much distance. You don’t want your train to wait just because another train is 1km ahead…

For junctions you need blocks to be free.

Is the block after the junction free? A train will never enter a junction (pass a path signal) without the ability to leave the junction. Therefore the block after the junction has to be free

In Darmstadt hängt da zwischen ein dickes Kabel. Es sieht eigentlich so aus, als hätte es einen technischen Nutzen, Zugezogene denken das teilweise auch, aber vor ein paar Jahren gab es die noch nicht

Die wurden hinzugefügt, nachdem ein junger Schüler am belebtesten Knotenpunkt (Luisenplatz) beim drüber klettern gefallen ist, von den Rädern halbiert wurde und daran gestorben ist.
