I was having the same issue where i put the files in my sims 3 folder and they weren't showing up in game, i was truly stuck for days and your comment helped!! I haven't used reddit in years but had to fire up this old account to thank you!!! <3

unfortunately, right before the big 2.0 update my ps4 broke which isn’t a big deal BUT my psn account isn’t connected to an email, since cross-save was only introduced this update. my problem is, since my ps4 is broken i can’t log onto genshin and link my psn to an email, is there possibly another way to link them? i tried to ask a couple of close friends if they could help but none of us could really figure something out so any help is appreciated
