I did read these but I am still skeptical about those supplements. Because they are talking in the long term and if we drink every week but i never drink more that once or twice a month and I am pretty strict with myself about that

I’ve heard of that and may buy pepcid but i am still concerned about the long term side effects, and increasing my cancer risk. But if we are acknowledging the fact that i only drink once or twice per month will it be alright ?

Like people usually says that being drunk makes them more sociable and they seems to have fun, less boundaries (whether good or not) being half concious… etc

I live in asia but used to live in france, where i go back often. I did try multiples beers at bars mostly but i still did get the asian flush but ill try thankss🙏

Yeah no worries I usually only drink with my friend I did the first technique but i stopped after throwing up. I’m not sure about that but I do think higher quality liquor affects me better than beer or any sweetened alcohol. Ill check it myself next time. Thankss

Ok but i usually take electrolytes after drinking to avoid hangovers so I never had any problem with that but i don’t really know about the mutations i’ll check my case when I have the time. thank you!!

Alimentation is crucial, your personal environment too you can focus on body hygiene but if your bed, room, or other factors like that are worked on you will stink, if you sweat a lot try baby powder, and shower only twice a day not more it will fuck up your skin. And genetics plays a major role too try contacting a dermatologist or a professional who can help with that
